By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Our products

Art Valley creates custom canvas prints, printed t-shirts, and related personalised products. Because most of our items are printed to order, please note:

• Product images, mockups, and previews are for illustration. The final printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, as different devices display colours differently.
• Sizes, materials, and finishes are described as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products.
• We reserve the right to make small adjustments to a design where necessary to ensure the best possible print quality, and to withdraw or change any product at any time.

4. Custom orders & design approval

For custom and personalised orders:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork, images, text, and any other content you supply are correct, including spelling, layout, and image quality.
• Where a proof or mockup is provided, the order will only proceed to printing once you have approved it. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
• Low-resolution images may result in reduced print quality. We will advise you where possible, but the final decision to proceed rests with you.

5. Intellectual property in your content

This section is important for custom orders. By uploading or submitting any design, image, logo, photo, or other content to us, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to that content, or have permission from the rightful owner to use and reproduce it.
• Your content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.
• Your content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content you supply, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or costs arising from that content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content we consider infringing, unlawful, or inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

6. Our intellectual property

All content on this website that is created by us — including our logo, branding, original designs, text, and graphics — remains our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us is only formed once we have accepted your order and begun processing it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where the content supplied breaches these Terms.

8. Pricing & payment

• We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

9. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship across Ireland and the United Kingdom. Estimated processing and delivery times, along with any shipping costs, are set out on our [Shipping & Delivery page]. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by couriers, busy periods, and circumstances outside our control.

10. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Under EU and Irish consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. As most of our products are custom-made or personalised for you, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone to print, we will do our best to accommodate a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.

11. Faulty or damaged items

We take great care with every order, but if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was agreed, please contact us within [48 hours / 14 days] of delivery with:

• Your order number, and
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been resolved.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
